  • Custom/Personalized Items: 3-7 business days
  • Pre-Order Items: As specified on product page

Processing time begins after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed on the next business day.

2. Domestic Shipping (United States)

We offer the following shipping options within the United States:

Standard Shipping

  • Delivery Time: 5-7 business days
  • Cost: $5.99 (Free on orders over $50)
  • Carrier: USPS, UPS, or FedEx

Expedited Shipping

  • Delivery Time: 2-3 business days
  • Cost: $12.99
  • Carrier: UPS or FedEx

Express Shipping

  • Delivery Time: 1-2 business days
  • Cost: $24.99
  • Carrier: FedEx or UPS

3. International Shipping

We ship to select international destinations:

  • Delivery Time: 7-21 business days (varies by location)
  • Cost: Calculated at checkout based on destination and weight
  • Customs & Duties: Customer is responsible for all customs fees, duties, and taxes
  • Tracking: Available for all international orders

4. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive:

  • Shipping confirmation email with tracking number
  • Link to track your package in real-time
  • Estimated delivery date

Tracking information may take 24-48 hours to update after shipment.

5. Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate:

  • We ship to the address provided at checkout
  • Address changes must be requested within 24 hours of order placement
  • We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses due to customer error
  • PO Boxes are accepted for Standard Shipping only

6. Delivery Issues

Lost Packages

If your package is marked as delivered but not received:

  • Check with neighbors or building management
  • Verify the delivery address
  • Contact us within 7 days of marked delivery
  • We will file a claim with the carrier

Delayed Packages

While we work with reliable carriers, delays may occur due to weather, carrier issues, or other unforeseen circumstances. We are not liable for carrier delays, but we will assist in tracking your package.

Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photos. We will work with you to resolve the issue through a replacement or refund.

7. Multiple Items

Orders with multiple items may be shipped in separate packages from different warehouses. You may receive multiple tracking numbers. There is no additional charge for split shipments.

8. Undeliverable Packages

Packages returned to us as undeliverable due to incorrect address, refusal of delivery, or unclaimed packages will be refunded minus shipping costs and a 15% restocking fee.

9. Peak Season Shipping

During peak seasons (holidays, sales events), processing and delivery times may be extended. We recommend ordering early to ensure timely delivery. Specific holiday shipping deadlines will be announced on our website.

10. Restrictions

We cannot ship to:

  • Military APO/FPO addresses (contact us for special arrangements)
  • Countries with shipping embargoes
  • Certain restricted products based on destination laws
