Refund & Return Policy

At SELLORA LLC, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we offer a 30-day return policy for most products.
1. Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. Returns requested after this period may not be accepted.
2. Eligible Items for Return
To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:
- Item must be unused and in the same condition as received
- Item must be in original packaging with all tags attached
- Item must include all accessories, manuals, and documentation
- Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) must be provided
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Personal care items (cosmetics, skincare, opened beauty products)
- Intimate or sanitary goods
- Perishable goods
- Custom or personalized items
- Digital products or downloadable content
- Gift cards
- Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable"
4. How to Initiate a Return

5. Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs depend on the reason for return:
- Defective or Damaged Items: We cover return shipping costs
- Wrong Item Sent: We cover return shipping costs
- Change of Mind: Customer is responsible for return shipping
- Size/Color Issues: Customer is responsible for return shipping
We recommend using a trackable shipping method. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipment.
6. Inspection and Processing
Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item within 3-5 business days. We will notify you by email once the inspection is complete and inform you whether your refund has been approved or denied.
7. Refunds
If your return is approved:
- Refund will be processed to your original payment method
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable (except for defective/wrong items)
- Refunds typically appear within 7-10 business days
- The exact timing depends on your bank or payment provider

8. Partial Refunds

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you need a different size, color, or product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
10. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item:
- Contact us immediately with photos of the damage
- We will arrange for a replacement or full refund
- We will cover all return shipping costs
- You may be asked to provide additional information
11. Wrong Item Received
If you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange to send you the correct item at no additional cost and provide a prepaid return label for the incorrect item.
12. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received your refund after 10 business days:

- Contact your credit card company (processing may take time)
- Contact your bank (processing delays may occur)
